This ensures that we receive proper notification in case of any claims. Additionally, uploading the new policy into Buildium portal provides easy access to important documents and helps keep them organized. Following these steps will guarantee your property is protected and in compliance with Purcell Capital's requirements. The policy holder MUST cary $100k in liability.
Starting Feb.1,2024 renters insurance will be mandatory for all tenants.
