Sign Lease

Your application been accepted and it's now time to start the leasing process. This is a very simple and easy process! Follow the steps below to finish signing your lease.

- Check your email. You will receive an email form HelloSign, please open this and review your lease. Make sure to read over it carefully and sign electronically.

- Once we receive the signed lease a member of our team will sign on our end and the Lease will be completed. Its that easy!!

- Go back to your email and open your welcome email from Buildium. Download the app and create your account!

- Now you will be able to process the payment for your first months rent and deposit.
Tip: When making your payment a fee will be charged if using your debit or credit card. To eliminate this fee you can pay with your routing and account number for free!

- Buildium is the portal used to submit all rent payments. You even have the option to sign up for auto pay. (by setting up auto pay you can reduce the risk of having any late fees, late fees start on the 5th of each month and will add $5 per day until paid in full) Buildium is also used to process any maintenance requests. When a request is sent your issue will be prioritized by severity of the issue. All emergencies will be taken care of IMMEDIATELY while other requests that to not fall in the EMERGENCY category will be taken care of as soon as possible.
